1-hour delivery is available for orders placed between the hours of 9:00AM and 7:00PM Monday-Saturday.
Orders placed before 9AM Monday-Saturday will be delivered to you by 10AM same day.
Orders placed after 7PM Monday-Saturday OR on Sunday will be delivered the following business day by 10AM.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return your product(s) within 30 calendar days of receiving the item(s) for an exchange or refund (with the exception of hair colors and developers/peroxides; read below). Please note that a receipt is required to process your return. We guarantee that each item is inspected carefully to ensure it is in excellent retail condition before leaving the warehouse.
To make it easy for you, we offer free returns for all of our customers. Each order includes a free easy to use return label for your convenience as well as a return/exchange form. Please fill out the form and return it with your item(s) along with your receipt.
1-Hour Delivery Returns
If we delivered your products to you, we will also gladly pick them up for free. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return your item(s). Please include in the email your full name and order number so we can further assist you with your return.
The following items are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds and are for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY
- Hair colors
- Bleaching products
- All coloring/tinting/lightening products
- Cosmetics/Make up items
Once we receive your item(s), the refund process will begin immediately. Refunds will be credited to the card used to place the order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on printed credit card statements, although you should be able to verify the credit within 72 business hours from the date the return is processed.
An exchange form is provided in your package. Please fill it out and return to us with your item(s).
To serve you better, ERTH BEAUTY will begin to process your order immediately after you place your order. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 30 minutes from the time your order was placed and we will try our best to assist you. Note that once your order has been processed and packed, it cannot be cancelled.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
Without exception, all claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example, missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
